1. Use
This product is suitable for any place where the AC rated voltage 1-10KV plastic insulated power cable, 450/750V plastic insulated control cable, 450/750V and below electrical equipment wires and cables are used, especially for high temperature, flammable and fire resistance Lines such as power transmission and distribution, control, alarm and fire protection systems.
Second, the use of characteristics
1. The rated voltage can be divided into:
a. 0.6/1-8.7/10KV
b. 450/750V
c. 300/500V
d. 300/300V,
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of conductors can be divided into: 70°C, 90°C, 105°C according to different product varieties
3. The maximum allowable temperature of the conductor during short circuit (5s) does not exceed 160°C and 250°C (for 1-a)
4. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0°C during cable laying.
5. The minimum allowable bending radius of wires for different product varieties is: 6 times, 10 times, 12 times, and 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
6. Cable flammability
a. Under the condition of flame temperature of 750-800°C, the cable can run normally for no less than 90 minutes.
b. The ampacity of the cable measured in the environment a is not lower than the ampacity value of the ordinary cable of the corresponding type and specification under the working conditions.
7. The other electrical properties and physical-mechanical properties of the cable are higher than the corresponding ordinary cables.
