Lesotho Flame retardant wire and cable

Wire and cable refers to wire products used to transmit electrical (magnetic) energy, information and realize the conversion or transfer of electromagnetic energy. Wire and cable in a broad sense is also referred to as cable, and cable in a narrow sense mainly refers to "power cable". Wire and cable can be defined as: an aggregate composed of the following parts; one or more insulated cores, and their respective possible wrapping layers, overall protective layers and outer layers, etc.

Product Description

1. Product Standards
At the same time, the product is equivalent to the national standard (GB) of the corresponding non-flame retardant product except the flame retardant characteristic of EC332.
For example: flame retardant power cable is equivalent to GB/T12706-2008
The flame retardant control cable is equivalent to GB/T9330-2008
The flame retardant installation wire and cable is equivalent to GB/T5023-2008
2. Use
This product is suitable for all use places where non-flame retardant power cables, wires and cables for electrical equipment are applicable, and also requires flame retardant environments and conditions.
Third, the use of characteristics
1. The rated voltage (U0/U) ranges from 300/300KV to 26/35KV according to different product series.
2. The maximum long-term allowable working temperature of the cable is divided into: 70°C, 90°C, and 105°C.
3. The maximum allowable temperature of the conductor during short circuit (5s) does not exceed: 70°C is 160°C
4. The laying temperature of the cable shall not be lower than 0℃.
5. The cable bending radius shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding non-flame retardant cable standards.
6. The flame retardant properties can be divided into A and C according to the flame retardant category (type B is not recommended).
A A ZRC flame retardant cable is used in general flame retardant places that require IEC332-3C class.
ZRA type flame retardant cable is used in more severe flame retardant places that require IEC332-3A class
A single cable should meet the requirements of non-prolonged ignition through EC332-1(2). That is, self-extinguishing, multiple or bundled cables only burn within a certain range after passing through IEC332-3, and can self-extinguish.
